A booking desk that answers.
Thespotlightcircle started in 2014 with one agent, a spreadsheet of club promoters and a conviction that booking live music shouldn't require three weeks of unanswered email. Twelve years later we represent 180+ touring artists and have booked 2,400 shows across 31 countries — and we still answer every enquiry personally.
What we do
We sit between talent buyers and artists. For buyers that means a roster you can filter, real availability, indicative fees before you commit, and an offer that itemises every cost. For artists it means routing that makes financial sense and a team that advances the show properly.
We work festivals, arenas, theatres, clubs, brand activations, corporate programming and private events. The size of the room matters less to us than whether the booking makes sense for both sides of it.

Transparent by default
Every offer is itemised — fee, production, travel, hospitality. Nothing gets buried in a rider footnote.

Answers in 48 hours
Availability comes back inside two business days. If an artist can't do it, we say so instead of stalling.

Buyer-side, not just seller-side
We only earn on shows that happen and go well, so we will talk you out of a bad date.

On the ground
A Thespotlightcircle rep attends every show over 2,000 capacity. Advance is done properly or not at all.
